Friends Costs
- UK Friend £30 per annum
- International Friend £45 per annum
- Life Friend (one-off payment) £600
- Concessionary Life Friend (over 60, one-off payment) £450
Support from the Friends' over the last year has helped to:
- Ensure we train Apprentices to the highest standards
- Enable pieces in our Collection to be conserved
- Plan and develop the future of the RSN
- Buy back embroideries worked by the RSN, for the Collection
- Support work on historical pieces prior to exhibitions
Friends' Membership offers the following benefits:
- Two newsletters annually
- An annual invitation to a tour of part of the Collection at Hampton Court Palace (at a small cost)
- Advance notification of any public exhibitions of parts of the RSN Collection
- 10% discount on selected leisure courses at the RSN
- Advance information about courses, events and exhibitions organised by the RSN
- 10% discount on items purchased from the online or RSN shop
- The opportunity to attend special Friends-only visits to textile events or collections (new)
- Monthly e-updates if an email address supplied (new)
- In addition, Life Friends will receive an invitation to an RSN event in the year of joining (new)
Friends' annual subscriptions are renewable on the 1st January each year. To join the Friends please complete the application form (see link above). For annual membership payment by Direct Debit is the most effective method, as it saves administrative time and postage. Simply complete the Direct Debit form.
