If it is an existing piece you will be asked to submit it, either by shipping (recorded delivery) or in person by appointment. The Studio team will assess the commission and raise an estimate for the recommended work and will send this to you. We are not licensed to give valuations.
If you wish to proceed, you will be asked to pay a deposit (usually 25% + VAT) we will be delighted to make a start.
If you do not wish to proceed, arrangements for the collection of the item must be made within a month or the item will become subject to storage fees.
