Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just navigate through our categories and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.Payment We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Switch. We also accept cheques which must be received before delivery of your order. Please note that 3% will be added to all card transactions to cover bank charges. Maestro/Switch - please include your Issue number. Regrettably we cannot accept American Express payments. RSN Friends' Subscriptions Annual RSN Friend's subscriptions run from January to December each year. Life memberships run from the date the subscription is processed and consist of one single payment. Circle Supporters (Wool, Cotton, Silk, Gold) subscriptions are renewable on the anniversary of the date the membership is processed. Friends receive a 10% discount on online shop product purchases Day Classes We will let you know within seven days if a place is available on the course/s specified. If the course is fully booked, we will add you to a waiting list and also let you know what other courses in the same technique are still available. Payment will not be taken until your place is confirmed. Shipping And HandlingWhen you place an order to purchase something from our website, we will send you an e-mail containing the order details and confirming receipt of the order.We may not be able to process your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons; a. Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.If an item sells out, we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if items have become unavailable. If your item is out of stock, we will re-order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order should you rather not wait. We will inform you if an item is discontinued. |
Tax ChargesFor orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. For orders placed from non-European Union countries VAT is not chargeable and you should click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to zero where applicableGoods for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, when the package arrives in the country of delivery. Returns PolicyBy law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. The item must be in its original unused condition.If you are in the European Union, and you wish to cancel your order within the seven-working-day period, please forward your Order Confirmation Email to us, stating that you do not wish to go ahead with the proposed purchase and return all items in a saleable condition. Remittance TermsPlease package items carefully and return so that we receive them within 7 working days of the date you receive them.
